A disgustingly incompetent and uncommunicative attorney. I complained to Ratto itself about my Attorney M. Lamb but nobody seemed to act upon my concerns. From the gate, they stated "we cannot answer all of your questions" which is understandable but none, i repeat NONE of my questions were ever answered. Phone calls are pointless because my attorney nor his case manager never answer, nevermind returning voicemails. 4/5 emails would get no reply whatsoever ever and the one that would had "I'll forward this to Mr Lamb" as its... read more
