An absolutely terrible firm that neglects their clients and performs subpar legal practice. I send necessary documents both virtually and physically in the mail and they apparently lose it or are too lazy to review their files because they ask to send it again and will not confirm that they have it. After arguing with me and gaslighting me into believing that their poor work ethic is my fault, Angelica, the case manager and attorney Michael Lamb abruptly resigned, droppin many dozen clients in the middle of their cases. Didn't take my case
A disgustingly incompetent and uncommunicative attorney. I complained to Ratto itself about my Attorney M. Lamb but nobody seemed to act upon my concerns. From the gate, they stated "we cannot answer all of your questions" which is understandable but none, i repeat NONE of my questions were ever answered. Phone calls are pointless because my attorney nor his case manager never answer, nevermind returning voicemails. 4/5 emails would get no reply whatsoever ever and the one that would had "I'll forward this to Mr Lamb" as its... read more
