I am a subcontractor for Ratto Construction in Reno NV and have not been paid for work done in October of 2012. All work was completed on time with no punch items. Calls to Ratto's office go directly to voice mail and no call backs are made. In the beginning i was told that they were having a dispute with the owner over change orders but would pay by the end of February 2013. It is now August 2013 and no payment. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS CONTRACTOR!! YOU WILL NOT BA PAID!!
