Food and bbq was so so, but the apetizers, and deserts woooow.. specialy the carrot cake, the service ok
I can't speak for all and this is my own personal opinion, but after having BBQ in 16 states, I was left wanting. The BBQ sauce was almost ketchup (clearly a ketchup base lime most), but there wasn't any personality to it. The other option was a stick BBQ and spice (and/or pure heat) im game for. The other option was very peppery. My choices were baby back ribs and Tri tip. Meat cook was spot on. No complaints there, but the mesquite smoke was heavy and everything was cooked over mesquite so it landed with a weighted smokine... read more
