Absolutely best service I have ever used for a/c repairs! My a/c wasn’t cooling. I sent a text to their main number at 10pm. By 8am I received a text back informing me that a technician would be on site between 9am-12pm. Erick showed up, assessed the situation, made the repair, and was on his way in less than an hour. He was knowledgeable, informative, and so sweet! The price was reasonable and my a/c was pumping cool air immediately. Thank you again Ratterree Heat & Air for your timeliness and amazing customer service!
Never do business with these people. They”ll just do you wrong like they did me years back. Try to sue you if you leave a bad review too. F*** Y** you G@d D@^n RATTS!!!!
Eric and Issac were very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us replace our Heating/ac system, from the moment of purchase through completion of installation and follow-ups with our satisfaction on the operation of the units both in the summer as well as the winter. During installation they were always one step ahead of us in filling out rebates and registering our units.
