I caught my delicate silver ring and it was completely warped, not only did Rattan fix it on the spot within 5 minutes but he insisted it was a simple enough fix I don't pay. In the past few years I've had chain replacements on broken necklaces too, more than reasonable prices, amazing quality and kindest people. Would recommend over and over!
