I had a very disappointing experience here. The lady working on Saturday came across as extremely cold and uninterested from the moment I walked in. There was no greeting, no welcoming attitude, and it genuinely felt like she wasn’t interested in showing me anything or helping me as a customer. I've been coming here for years and years! I recently had them make a 98g Cuban necklace. He said 4 weeks. I got a call in 2 that it was done. I absolutely love the chain. I bought my son a necklace with a cross pendant at a great price. I come here for all my ring sizing. I highly recommend going here for all your jewelry needs. These people are real experts, with amazing pricing, very happy, honest, and welcoming! Wish I could give them more stars!
