I took my wedding rings in to see if they could fix an issue that 2 other jewelers created.....I was very skeptical that they could fix it so I loved my rings again....but they listened to what I wanted.My rings are back to what I love....I had tears in my eyes when I realized how well they look.....and they shine like new....I will never go anywhere else .....right from the young lady at the counter to the jeweler who listened to me......I would give them 10 .....and I thought the price was very fair....thank you so much...... read more
I absolutely love the custom designed pendant that Rattan Jewellers created. They worked with my husband’s design to create a one-of-a-kind family tree that included birthstones for our parents, our birthstones, our marriage stone, our children and their spouses and our grandchildren diamonds on the top. I love it so much and want to wear it everyday ❤️ Rattan staff are very talented and I highly recommend them, they also have a good selection of custom pieces in their showcases.
I had a ring custom made here around 2006 or 08. They did great work then. Today I wanted to get a silver chain. I was not disappointed. Very helpful. Changed the clasp right then to a better one that would suit my needs and polished my pendant I wanted to wear with the chain. I recommend this place. Very affordable. Very helpful.
They are the best! I had them make a gold ring for me, and they have done beautiful workmanship on my diamond rings, necklace and other jewelry. They are trustworthy, good prices and great quality. I also get my rings checked each year by this jeweler. I highly recommend them!
An undeniably charming shop. I had initially intended to commission a custom ring with some gemstones inlaid, although, the design I envisioned seemed to surpass the humble capabilities of Rattan. Unfortunately i will have see about my prospects with opportunities elsewhere. Nonetheless, it was, as always, an... interesting experience."
