So here you have a place where the maintenance workers are paid good to cruise around but when it comes to a light bulb still been waiting a year …they have known about this since day one our roof leaked..caused mold to grow they know about this too …our heater either runs the fan or hotter than the hinges of hell…but we pay our rent on time mow this yard follow all there rules and regulations only to get hit with almost a 1000 in rent on a new certification ….we a family of five now have to house hunt cause this place worth... read more
