too good for you – I called this office 5 times to talk with someone. The secretary transferred me five separate times, to a person who was supposedly at lunch (times called were 10am through 4pm). Left a message with name, phone #, email and not once got a response. I decided on another lawyer after the third try but rang twice more just to see if I could get a call back. Never got a call back.
