Ordered a toe ring for my partner. 2 weeks ago, they mentioned to collect it in a week and they would update me. No update for 2 weeks and I had to call them and then they mentioned it's not ready. However they did proceed with a full refund but it's a waste of my time, my partner had to wait for weeks and was disappointed. If you have taken a deposit then please update the customer even if its not ready. Never going back.
