I ordered my pool in May . I called to check the status of our installation a couple of weeks ago, we were third in line and it should be about 2 weeks is what I was told. Called yesterday, I am now 7th in line and they don't know when it will be done. I asked to cancel and was told they would mail a refund in 30 days. Which is not acceptable.
