Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I needed to form an llc and a c-corp, as well as qualify for TTS status and form operational bylaws for both, and he never even asked my name. He answered the door to his tiny office wearing shorts and a t-shirt, looked me up and down and decided that I wasn't good enough to do business with. His only response to asking if this was Ratcliffe law was "yeah" and the same when I asked if he was a tax attorney.
