I have been purchasing Rationale off and on for years and have visited a few flagships in that time. This is the best Rationale store by far for customer service, stock availability, knowledge and vibes! Special mention to Chloe and Caroline, whose customer service is unparalleled. They are kind, attentive, informative and always ready to help no matter how ‘high maintenance’ I am. I came seeking great skin, but got so much more from both of them! Same thing happened to me as with Tabitha! It appears the counter is often/always unstaffed with the staff on a break at different times. I went once at 12pm (lunch time) and 2.48pm (on another day), and no one was there. Would suggest going to a different store like Balmain (who are super responsive) or just ordering online.
Second time I’ve come all the way into the city to go to the store and they have been on a break and the store unattended. So not able to purchase. Not good enough. David Jones should not allow concessions to not be manned and able to serve customers. What a waste of my time. I won’t be back.
I had a beautiful Rationale facial at David Jones. The treatment room is very calming, and Zhenni did a great job - my skin as glowing afterwards. Highly recommend.
