We had a similar experience to a previous reviewer, Anson. Over a year and a half, the cleaning itself was generally pretty good (or was quickly addressed if it didn't meet our expectations) but, after the owners backed away from the operational administration in February 2024, locking down the timing/ scheduling became very frustrating each and every time: scheduling on days which we asked repeatedly not to be scheduled, not scheduled for the expected/ regular week.
