Sorry to see Ratio close. We were able to find time for a final meal there. This was a favorite spot for great Tapas.
I'm sad we didn't visit before last night. Amazing service. Food was incredible. The mocktails, especially the Coco Loco was fantastic I ordered 2! I was so excited to see Beef Tartare on the menu and the sauce paired with it was divine. The Patatas Bravas were amazing. Their Crema Catalan was so so good and the apples and caramel sauce paired so so well with it. My husband enjoyed his ceviche and homemade sorbet. We will definitely come back and recommend to our friends.
The food speaks for its self. The amazing staff is the cherry on top.
