Terrible at getting back to you on any matters. This doctor loves to force you to come in for everything before signing any forms or prescriptions which ultimately results in more copays and insurance payments to her. Once you do, she takes forever to fill them or submit them in to the pharmacy. I am constantly calling in at the office to get updates on my prescription medicine. Many of her colleagues also tell me she is the worst at returning calls and getting things done. She should be fired from ENT Allergy!!
I had a great experience with Dr. Ratika Gupta. She was very attentive and took the time to really get to know me and understand my concerns. She asked multiple follow-up questions to make sure she had a full picture of my situation, which I really appreciated. She checked on me again when I came for my allergy shot. I really appreciate the compassion and attention Dr. Gupta shows. I wish more doctors were like her!

Dr. Gupta is the best! She’s very kind, knowledgeable, and truly cares about each of her patients. She prescribed me a medication for my atopic dermatitis and I got it delivered by the pharmacy next day. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!
