The office staff is incompetent and unhelpful. They don't give you all of the correct information upfront, when you confront them on why you weren't informed they don't really care and say it isn't their job. They can schedule you and that's about it. I only went here as it was local, but I am sure I can find a better staff associated with another hospital elsewhere. Staff is important for a dr and unfortunately even though he is a great dr. I won't return here.
How does a doctor reject you as a patient? I called on a Monday to schedule an appt and was told the dr had to approve the patients even though he’s seeing new patients. I called again on Friday to find out he rejected me as a patient and for me to see another cardiologist. How is that even possible? The thing is I was a patient 5 years ago and saw him 3 times and there were no issues.

Dr. Rathod is my Cardiologist at Saint Jude Medical in Fullerton, Ca. His medical expertise of more than 50 years and his open professional attitude, makes him a great Cardiology Doctor, wise and knowledgeable. Concluding extensive cardiac testing, he has recommended the installation of an electronic pacemaker, in order to properly correct my current heart arithmia condition.
