I called the office to confirm a pick up in about half an hour. I drove half an hour to the shop and when arrived the gate was closed. The neighbouring tradies told me they had left around 2pm. They could have told me to not bother coming. Very unprofessional.
Called twice said they would get back to me. Never did...
Although they didn’t have a rare part I was after they went above and beyond to check if they could find something to fit. That was their time and they didn’t get any money out of me and were polite even tho they didn’t get a sale.
After a horrible experience with a Victorian Nissan 4x4 Wrecker. I called RAD after seeing a Tiida on wrecking on Gumtree. The Guy who answered the phone was most helpful and even checked the parts before i drove 45 minutes to collect them.. i even spotted dual note horns for my Lexus, without hesitation he unbolted them and I took them as well.. 5 stars I will call this wrecker for anything i need in th future first..
