I want to shout out for attorney Michael Wojciak at Rathje Woodward, LLC for his help in explaining and authoring all the Estate Planning Documents required for my Revocable Living Trust. BEWARE!!! They took $7000 in legal fees, waited 4 months, never filed 1 document with the court on my behalf, then dropped me as a client. When I asked for a.copy.of the notes from the 8 meetings they claimed they performed, they hung up on me. They are, in my opinion, unethical and only care about billing, not winning. I brought my case to another lawyer who was able to get a settlement for me. I have no confidence in a firm that displays such poor ethics. For shame.
Very patient, empathetic, good lister. Gave me great advice on how to proceed forward. I'll surely recommend.
