Poor communication unfortunately led to her making last minute changes including venue location that were not communicated appropriately. I would not recommend using her service if you want things to go smoothly. Her and her assistants are very unorganized and don't follow instructions clearly.
We had a great time working with Rathi and her team! Rathi was attentive, easy to work with and very professional! She provided us with everything we asked for and needed throughout the process. She was patient with our endless list of questions as well. Thank you Rathi for making our wedding day the most memorable day ever!!
