Extremely rude to a brand new customer. Trying to keep this local, and it was the first time coming here for medicine. Stated that my insurance would not cover my medicine to find out they ran it incorrectly. I would never go here ever again or recommend going here. GO TO WALMART!!!

I have been with Rathdrum Drug for going on 18 years never wished to go anywhere else so courteous so kind so capable of getting me out of a jam with my medications as I forget love love love Rathdrum Drug ladies you rock
When we first moved in 2016 and had prescriptions filled here, the staff were amazing. Since they have been purchased by another pharmacy and transitioning all systems, etc they have SERIOUSLY had some issues. Two months in a row I've had issues with getting my prescriptions filled. I hope that this changes quickly. I would prefer not to change to a larger, less personable pharmacy but I may have to.
