This is my favorite local gym. Pricing is more than fair, access is awesome, and the facility is well maintained. Full line of free weights, high weight dumbbells, and a great selection of tried and true machines!
After frequenting this gym for a little while now I feel I am allowed to leave my thoughts. I’ve been working on my fitness journey and have felt welcomed by the staff AND the members Some of the equipment is older yes, however older does NOT mean ineffective. Great people and trainers. Lots of classes as well as equipment on the floors. Clean bathrooms.
absolutely hate this gym. they continue to add dirty used broken equipment to an already packed and unorganized room instead of just spending the money on a newer nicer set of machines. the filth is revolting and it's constantly overrun with teen boys who have no gym etiquett. I've yet to see a staff member clean or interact with members. the equipment is always broken, creaking and janky. I'll be paying to get out of my contract and also paying extra to drive to Hayden to work out. Also, 5in1 fitness in PF is $25 a month an... read more
