Wow, my dog needed pain control after being rolled over the hill in a car accident. Went to Post Falls ER Clinic for treatment and Ruger took several sutures to his cheek and jaw. Rathdrum Animal clinic called and offered whatever they can do (as they have been our Veteranarian for more than 20 years. When We reached out the next day to request additional pain medication, the answer was NO. Unfortunately, this is not a good review. I've been bringing my dogs (4 dogs and 1 cat) to this clinic over a span of 18 years, and until yesterday was pretty satisfied, even with the change of ownership a few years back. However, I was 20 minutes late yesterday, my fault, but when I called from the parking lot and asked if I could be squeezed in, Kelly replied with a very curt "no, we have a 5 minute rule now".
