Brought my pup in urgently to address a broken nail with exposed quick, they were able to get me in within the hour. Dr Roncal was kind and patient with my anxious dog and the staff were friendly and supportive. When my pup promptly ran through a sprinkler and needed rewrapping, they found another appt that day and had her rewrapped and on our way within a half hour. Great experience

They are not equipped to handle diabetes. Charged us for a 10 min stop speaking nonsense. The more research I do and other vets I speak to the worse this becomes. My 14lbs dog was receiving 10 units a day. 5 other vets confirmed it is far too high. This couldve killed my dog. This vet has no idea what she is doing. Absolutely a joke. This clinic owes me money after a year of this debacle.
All year they have been selling us insulin. Telling us to give more than needed the entire year. Completely incorrect diagnosis and overkill. Either they don't know how to do their job or they want to keep selling.
