Absolutely abysmal service. My wife has called multiple times over the course of the past several years trying to get Rathbun to change her account information (name on her policy), which is always met with "you'll get a call back" or "we'll take care of it." It has never been taken care of, they never call back, which leads to more phone calls, leaving messages with "receptionists."
