I have recently bought a new car from Rates Ford dealer & was extremely satisfied with the sales manager Calvin Wright. Calvin has been very friendly & helpful throughout the process of explaining & giving me time to choose from different options. Calvin also has a lot of patience to explain each function of the car when I went to pick it up. I’m also very impressed with my new car, it fulfilled every function of what Calvin had described. A real”value for money” deal!!!

Amazing stress free experience! Was my first time service at Rates Ford and definitely not the last. No waiting time, very professional and they reccomend/suggest what to be done but, no pressure! Couldn't have been better than that! Dropped the car, went for shopping, got the call, after less than 2 hours my car was ready and sparkling clean!
