I want to be fair here — but fair means being honest, and my experience cost me real money. During one of several calls I made to this broker, I was told there was a cheaper insurance option available that would save me nearly $300 a month. That's significant. Poor service and missed savings opportunity I called multiple times to inquire about getting a better rate on my car insurance. During one of these calls, I was informed there was a cheaper option available that would save me nearly $300/month. Despite my repeated follow-ups, the broker never processed the change to move me to this lower rate.
