The WORST company to deal with. The pre approval lenders make you think it’s a good company but after you are approved all your requests/ questions have to be made to a third world country and they don’t understand any request. Completely did the exact opposite of what I requested on the phone after talking to them for over 30 mins, they take no accountability and make you fix their mistakes.
