Chris Perry Jr and Chris Botto have refused to pay for labor & equipment supplied TO RATCLIFF at CAREER SOUTH SCHOOL ADDITION. CRANE SERVICES, 12k SKYTRAK, BOOMLIFT, 4 scissor lifts, and 2 months of labor MARCH AND APRIL of 2025. We literally had to file a claim to the SURETY BOND COMPANY. Because they refuse to pay. Very unprofessional. As a steel erection firm WE HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH A GENERAL CONTRACTOR WHO REFUSE TO PAY FOR LABOR AND EQUIPMENT.
