Beyond excellent service and great customer care
I drive an extra 30 minutes because I won't go anywhere else. Everyone that works at this location is amazing.
Been going to Dr. RATCHFORD i absolutely love him one of the best in the entire state. The staff however horrible. How is it when i pay out of pocket i only pay 86 dollars but when i have insurance and im out network i have to pay 168 dollars. Then i say ok so treat it like i dont have insurance and im paying out of pocket like always and they say nope we have to charge 168. Then why is it ive had insurance for past 3 years but i pay out of pocket everytime the 86 dollars. Yet nobody can explain why im paying double this tim... read more
