My brakes were making noise, metal on metal, on my way home from work. When I initially spoke with Danny, he was very polite and knowledgeable, provided an excellent quote, and we set it up for them to come out the next morning to fix my brakes. He contacted me again a little later that evening to say there was a problem obtaining the parts because my car was new so he would need to contact Ford directly for the parts and then would have a more accurate timeframe and price. These guys are amazing for real. My car was smoking and i called them, they diagnosed and replaced the alternator within 2 and a half hours and my car is running perfectly again. The communication and customer service was excellent from Danny at dispatch and Gustavo the mechanic was awesome. They gave me a fair price, options on the payment, and I can’t recommend these guys enough. No games no hassle they get the job done
Took $1600 while my husband was on deployment and didn’t fix anything in my car. I even went to ask the people he supposedly bought the transmission from and they showed us how he was Lying about the product, instead of getting a replacement and putting it in he was trying to charge me double labor work to keep the money. Stay away. I dont need a reply to this unless you are going to fix my car like i payed you to do.
Best mechanic experience I've had in a long time. Worked quick, correctly, and honest about the very reasonable estimate that was supplied. Will absolutely be a returning customer and for sure will recommend for future business
