They did a good job and are friendly. There is a standard fee to be paid for showing up, even if it only takes 5 minutes to address the issue.
My first experience with John was excellent. Service was priced right and he come out and did the job. After I used my riding lawnmower for two times it stopped working, he said the Carburetor kit he replaced was faulty. He come out ordered a replacement part, and I have not heard or seen from him since then. I have left several messages and phone calls and he never responded back.

I feel like I dodged a bullet by him no showing and no calling me. I set an appointment a week out, took time off work to meet him at the time he needed and he no showed. I called no answer. I text no response. He truly wasted my time and cost me money from taking time off work. In speaking with a different company today who I spoke with yesterday and they came today they said they have been getting quite a few calls regarding the same treatment from this company.
