Horrible customer service, brought my car all the way from the mountain as they requested, they said they would get straight to my car because its a classic antique car, owner Roy told me he wanted to work on it personally, 2 days go by not even a call no type of update so I showed up over there and my car wasn't even started they had it put to the side working on everything else but my car. Efficient, honest, and fair prices. I'd definitwly trust them again with my car ... if it gets mashed again in a parking lot, sigh.
Be Careful in your dealings with Ratchet. They have very good people, like Randy, but their prices are very high. They applied a small amount of ppf on my motorcycle that took weeks to complete at a cost two or three times what was originally discussed. Just sayin!
