I took my car in to get it wrapped and tinted. Told me it would be done in 2 days, but took over a week. They never finished wrapping the mirrors, put the wrong tint on the windshield, and there's bubbles in the wrap. They are also holding the left over pieces of the wrapping material I bought hostage so I can't even attempt to finish he mirrors myself. They’ll keep your car and use it for social media videos. Getting your car back from here will be a nightmare. They need to be shut down.

Avoid Ratchet Industries on San Pedro. Check BBB! We used Ratchet Industries for hail damage repairs on our truck through a USAA insurance claim. Our communication was with the owner, Rori. The truck was dropped off on August 28 and was not marked “ready” until November 21 — nearly 12 weeks later. Dent Repair Review This is a small family run business that seems to be open at hours convenient to them rather than having regular customer hours. They began a dent repair on my car on 04/09/26 that was not completed in the agreed time frame. Rori offered to compete the repair the following week (04/16/26). Would leave 0 stars if I could. They take peoples cars and do whatever BUT the job they were supposed to. Also, won’t communicate with you on when it’s done or how it’s going. Give my friend her money and car back losers.
