I took my car in to get it wrapped and tinted. Told me it would be done in 2 days, but took over a week. They never finished wrapping the mirrors, put the wrong tint on the windshield, and there's bubbles in the wrap. They are also holding the left over pieces of the wrapping material I bought hostage so I can't even attempt to finish he mirrors myself. When I took the vehicle and paid them, they told me to come back in a week to work out any issues that appeared, but its been 2 months and I'm still trying to get them to fix... read more

They’ll keep your car and use it for social media videos. Getting your car back from here will be a nightmare. They need to be shut down.

Avoid Ratchet Industries on San Pedro. Check BBB! We used Ratchet Industries for hail damage repairs on our truck through a USAA insurance claim. Our communication was with the owner, Rori. The truck was dropped off on August 28 and was not marked “ready” until November 21 — nearly 12 weeks later.
