Never take your vehicles to ratchet industries. They lie about their work, they take forever, and do a horrific job. My truck will never drive the same because of their horrible work.
Absolutely horrible never go here for actual repair work to be done paid over 2,000 got my car back still had a broken mirror and the door that they supposedly fixed is now cracking and flaking because the bondo is drying out lol.. scam artists please please go anywhere else. Notice how all the good reviews are only wraps because that’s all they can actually complete, To be honest this experience seems like an insurance scam they took the money from the insurance but didn’t fix the problem??? Horrible customer service, brought my car all the way from the mountain as they requested, they said they would get straight to my car because its a classic antique car, owner Roy told me he wanted to work on it personally, 2 days go by not even a call no type of update so I showed up over there and my car wasn't even started they had it put to the side working on everything else but my car.
