Ratas Wholesale Liquor has everything I need to run my bar, and I can get it in one order any day of the week. I really appreciate that since it's hard to say if business will be busy or not from day to day. It's easy to keep a lean inventory, and I'm not buying things that might not sell down the road.

I have been in the bar business awhile, but it seems no matter how many bars I own the name Ratas is always there. They are highly recommended. Their customer service is very hands on and professional. When I talk to them I feel like they know me as an individual account and not just another person in the business. They take the time to meet my every need. Good company to work with. I get everything I need in one order so I can spend more time running the business. Really good with extra orders during the week if I run out of things. Really like.
Horrible sales people. Did not know the product list AT ALL. Difference between rail and call? NO IDEA. Paid over $20000 in a few months, and when I was between 30-60 days past due they put a hold on my liquor license? Reason: didn't think i was gong to pay? BAD BUSINESS. DO NOT USE. 0 stars.
Dean and his guys are all really considerate, knowlegeable and take care of you in first rate style. I especailly like that my orders are always accurate and what I ordered and not filled with a mess of substitutions.
