Ratany went above and beyond with very personalized service for my girlfriend whose father died. She showed true caring and concern - this is the epitome of the great American small business owner.
10/10 absolutely my favorite plant store in Vancouver! Ratany is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me curate my own little jungle at the office. All of my plants have been extremely happy since relocating to my office. A year out still happy, still growing, and still flourishing.
