I would give less than a 1 if I could. Went to WTC with my interior decorator many months ago. Absolutely unreal/awful service from Ratana. Ordered outdoor barstools that should have been shipped in 4 weeks but the company could not get their act together. When I checked on order multiple times they said they did not have my information and I had to resend it all on three different occasions .
