I have been to Rat Pack only a few times but every time has been exceptional!!! The building inside is clean, lighting is great, the bar room is small but the right size with super cute lighting and the staff is extremely friendly!!! This venue is perfect for concerts,weddings and any gatherings!! The space is HUGE!! Love it!!
Absolutely horrible. Only way to describe it. The music was horrible, the lights were the equivalent of a middle schoolers prom night and the party was dead. The people at the front desk said that the venue was sold out and that they added 50 spots to a party of 500. Thats an absolute lie. The venue itself can't even hold 100 people. There were around 50 people when my party walked in so we just assumed more people would show up, but more people just kept on leaving. There was little to nothing being done for the sake of maintaining retention and it became increasingly clear that this establishment was fairly shady. When we tried to leave we asked if we were allowed to return without additional charge since we paid for the tickets and there were probably around 5 people left anyway, yet they insisted that there was simply no way to do so. Don and his staff did an amazing job to accommodate our wedding and reception over the long holiday weekend. His experience and insights helped guide my wife and I through meaningful and memorable choices for our special day. All of our guests were impressed with the venue and his staff’s hospitality throughout the night! I would recommend Rat Pack very highly in the future!
