Poor communication, always having to reach out to him he takes forever to call back. Definitely not what we expected after everything seen on social media! Bike came out on a trailer had to put back together! You had the bike for 6 months. 2 months of that was dealing with insurance so it was at your shop for 4 months to get the front end fixed and to paint 4 pieces. Been following this guy on social media platforms for a while. He took the time to take my phone call because he was too far away for me to bring the bike to him. He gave me some advice on maintenance that would help to prolong the life of my bike. Appreciate shops and guys like this it makes it easier to make Harleys last longer as their quality has slowly diminished over the years
