Robert is an amazing guy with lots of knowledge. He sees every point of the house where the rat can be coming from and explains every detail to you. Unfortunately on my place I'll need to move the water heater in order to cover the hole in the wall properly, but in the mean time, Robert dropped some glue traps and baits, and in the first night we had success. I'll keep in touch with Rat Control specialists whenever I needed.
Can’t say enough about the work and knowledge from Rob, Rat control of Florida. Got down to the root cause of the problem rather than bandaging the problem like some other companies recommended. Super informative, honest, hardworking guy just looking to do the right thing and get the problem fixed correctly. He even came on Sunday because he knew how dire my situation was.
