The owner Bob came out 2 hours after I called him on a Sunday! He was knowledgeable and professional. We had been trying to solve our rat problem for months with another company. Within the hour he had diagnosed the source of how they were getting into the house. For the first time in months and months after trying multiple ways to get ride of the rats and fix the problem I now know we can see a light at the end of the tunnel. I can’t recommend them enough.
