Was very professional, on time, thorough, and did a great inspection, as he had cameras to be able to visualize and see in between holes and cracks. He gave me great advice and let me know that it was a building problem and not necessarily an apartment problem, and what to look for in the lease under pest control to talk to the leasing office/property manager. Robert is a true professional. Service was quick and efficient as promised. His communication was also on point, he fell sick the night before our appointment but called me ahead of time to apologize and reschedule. Called me again the prior evening to confirm. Again, a true professional and I would highly recommend his services.
If you have a Rat problem there’s no better company to solve that problem. If you’re looking for a free quote or free inspection don’t count on it. If they’re coming out it’s because they’re going to go get the job done not waste time on free inspections. I’ve called multiple pest control companies and have been had the house tented and no one could fix the problem.
