We compared Benchmark with several mortgage companies and narrowed our list down to 3 (including our own banking institution that we have used for 40+ years). Not only did Benchmark come through with the best financial offer for us and our current situation, they looked at several options for us to consider in funding our new home that could save us money in the long term.
