Very happy to have Dr. Rastogi as my PHP. Nice staff and a very good doctor.
This is the worst Doctors office I have encountered. Every time I walk through that door I magically owe a bill. The husband at the front desk tries to charge a co payment for a physically that is covered 100% by insurance. They are unprofessional and now I know why my friends and family have left their practice.
In October, I contacted the office to inquire about my blood work results. The male representative confirmed their availability. Upon asking about the results, he initially indicated several issues. When I expressed concern, he then downplayed the severity. I requested immediate delivery of my results, which he provided. I informed him of my intention to seek care from another physician, to which he responded with indifference. I spent the day in distress, as I was unable to clearly interpret the test results.
