Great people, wonderful and friendly! They did raise prices recently due to the increases in building materials. Guess what still $10.00 A square foot cheaper than the rest of the homes around here. The only builder who's standards such as granite in kitchen and all bathrooms is upgrades for others. This small family run business is great and looks out for the consumer.
