I’m going to start by saying we did not make it to the Spring itself and cannot review the physical location. The hosts however are exceptionally generous, understanding and communicative. We originally scheduled a soak on Valentines and due to unforeseen circumstances were not able to make it. When we text to advise of this and without even asking, Alex offered to extend their hours on another day during our stay so we wouldn’t miss out. Place was awesome, owners are great. Highly recommended and will definitely be going back. Definitely need a good 4WD vehicle with good tires to get up there!
Great experience! The water and views were perfection. It's super secluded and feels luxurious. Be careful on the drive up here; don't even attempt the drive in a sedan or without 4 wheel drive. However, the hotsprings are 100% worth the drive. P.S. there is a HUGE drop off between the shallow end and the deep end of the pool. And there may or may not be wild life in the woods after sunset.
Last week I came to visit my college bestie in Denver and she scheduled this. I absolutely loved it and it was perfect! I know I will definitely be back next time I'm in Colorado. Beautiful scenery, quiet and peaceful and the hosts were great! This place is worth it, but be sure to read about needing a specific vehicle as it is a trek to get there and that it noted on the website. Thank you for such a wonderful, relaxing experience.
Made reservations weeks in advance to experience this hot spring with my bff in a quiet and private setting for much needed relaxation. After reading some reviews I became skeptical if a) the weather wb bad b) the hike wb treacherous for us older gals C) our and vehicle wouldn’t make it up the narrow, rough road.
