Our 5 year old son had a problem where he got sick and his throat swelled up. ENT looked at him and said he needs a tonsilectomy. They tell us the insurance is covering everything. 5 days before the surgery they tell us the insurance is not covering anything, told us pay in full now or they will cancel the surgery.
Valet parking is terrible. Disorganized and chaotic. Walking and using the parking deck is by far faster and easier
They do not care I been try to get into a pain clinic and rheumatologist for months they never call you back I am going to a HCA they are way better
