Huge thanks to Matt! I was in there earlier this week and Matt helped me find exactly what I needed to get the job done. I'll be back again for sure and keep up the great customer service.
Rasmussen Equipment will help you out in a bind. Got into a missing part with a very tight timeline. Chindo Leal was leading this effort from start to finish. He had some wire shipping assemblies cranked out in a matter of hours and got us back up and running. Can’t thank him enough and I can’t recommend Ras Eq enough.
Would give a higher rating if the staff could learn to be kind and respectful to customers. Always rude when i’m in with a question.
Rasmussen Equipment is where Quality meets excellence. Not only in their equipment but in their staff as well. From the people on the phones, to the people at the desks, to the people in the shops, I have had a good experience with every employee I have met at Rasmussen Equipment.
