Decided to use Rasmussen to do our cabinets for our new construction home. The design process was easy, and everything seemed great at first. Then came delivery, and install. Cabinets were delivered mid October, we are moved in now nearly two months later, and are still missing pieces that were ordered wrong. After initial install the week after delivery, I was sick. I had Aaron, Micheal and Eric here installing cabinets yesterday and I’m obsessed! The cabinets look so good and the men putting them in definitely cared about the details. In fact one of the apparently didn’t look like it was stained correctly and without me even saying anything they reordered it. Super impressed they are focused on quality not saving money
We got cabinets in 2020 they started peeling in about a year and looked really bad after 3 years. We made sure to take good care of them and keep water off. After months they came out to look and told me their cabinets usually look so much worse than this by now and ours were holding up better than most. I paid thousands of dollars to try and slow down the peeling and the paint doesn’t match at all so they took my door to try and match it that was months ago now they won’t respond to me at all. Rasmussen’s has been amazing from the start. We went in planning on just upgrading our island but they were so consultative and helped us map out what we could do to the entire kitchen. There was one box that wasn’t quite right and they easily replaced it without any issues. Would highly recommend them will use them again for future work.
