I usually do not leave many reviews, but I have to stay that Rasmussen Custom has amazing people which equates to a superb product. I feel like family when I walk in starting with Kade Watson in sales. He gave a white glove service with my wife and I as we were trying to figure out the perfect design and look for our basement kitchen. From the beginning, he listened to our needs, communicated clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the final result. I know they get lots of great reviews so we must have been that one client where everything went wrong. We had dozens of subcontractors during our renovation project and Rasmussen was by far the hardest to work with and least reliable. They were the primary reason why our project was delayed by several months. They made numerous mistakes throughout the process, from design to finish work, some of which they eventually fixed but others we just gave up on.
