The technician arrived at the time scheduled. He was courteous, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend their services.
Cancelled the day of saying they let go of their technician, had to wait two weeks to get a new appointment. They come out and then tries to charge more per square foot than the original quoted price because the carpet has urine. Even if they mentioned it during the call I felt very misled. Should have just called another company when they first cancelled without proper notice.
Just got a house a few weeks ago, and while assembling a huge couch for my wife, I had an appointment at 2 pm, Let me just say that Rick [the business owner of the company] is the real deal. He reminds me of my supervisor as both have absolutely % zero problems getting out there in the field. He and Ean did an outstanding job with the carpet in the 3 bedrooms, movie room, hallway, media space, steps, Master bedroom, and associated closet in addition to sanitizing it--it's figuratively and quite literally looks like brand new... read more
Called them for carpet cleaning. It went ok. They said the coil upstairs is dirty and needs cleaning with duct cleaning. The coil wad not cleaned at all. I called a ac mechanic and cleaned out the xoil. They put some chemical and showed a picture really dirty coil.in reality that w a s not my coil picture. The vent was also poorly cleaned. The dirty vent particles were left on the xleaned carpet.The ac company showed the new picture. The coil was not even in the place it was shown to be cleaned. Total lie.
