Stopped in today for a couple of bells for my grandchildren’s bikes. Walked up to the counter, was told and I quote “I will be with you in a few minutes, both of us are busy right now”. Two guys doing something on the two computers. His tone was of irritation that I was standing there, needing help. Since Greg sold the place the service and prices are ridiculous. RecommendedHighly recommend this shop. Staff took time to help me find the right bike and size. Advice you couldn’t get from any large business with zero experience. I ended up on my new bike all night with friends and it was a great fit.

RecommendedI walked in today looking to replace my road bike that I sold last night. Adam helped me road bikes and options he could get online. He had me test drive the Roubaix Ultegra. I left to price shop only to go back and buy the Roubaix. The smile on his face when I came back to buy it, priceless. He had my bike fit on record and made a couple adjustments. The guys in back put my pedals and saddle on and away I went. Rassy’s, it feels like home! Thanks for my new bike and the great customer service from all of you!!!
