Being completely new to the dreadlocks journey, I booked the wrong service. Sharika had the kindness of taking her precious time to educate me. Her wealth of knowledge helped me have a clear understanding of what I needed for my hair. Then, her magical hands treated me for 3 hours. My heart was overflowing with gratitude when I left. I look forward to having her take care of my hair in the future.

I was getting a retwist and I had to get a few locs repaired. The style came out very neat and looking great.
Been going here for a couple of months good customer service great people very energetic friendly and the work they do is great.
Asked for one thing and gave me something completely different. Confronted her about it and her ego can’t take. Won’t let me talk and keeps trying to gaslight me, trying convince me that what she gave me is what I asked for. Doesn’t listen and very manipulative
