The previous review is nonsense. Many business charge a restocking fee, and irritating though it may be, it's expensive to have to accept returns and for small businesses it's deadly. The bad reviews I have seen for this service all involve social issues. the fact remains that this service is the only one in this area that has the experience and expertise to deal with vintage motorcycles, and they do s quite well. I have been quite happy with my dealings with them.
Bad Customer Service Be very careful of what you buy from this company. They do not offer refunds and if you want return something, they charge you 20% of your order, then only give you store credit. When I told the manager that this was not right, he said " I don't care, this is how we do business". This should be a red flag of the reputation of this company. They DO NOT care about their customers, all they want is your money!
