What time do they open? I hate when a place display the time they are supposed to open and it’s 8:57 and they still aren’t open. So many cars pulled up waiting and still a no show. Had to drive away and give another company my money. Don’t get me wrong rash’s is one of the best places for hair supplies but they fail at being punctual. Sorry I pride good business with being on time.
