Outstanding service. Loved my eyebrows.
I haven’t had my eyebrows threaded in some time, waxing just never satisfies me in regards to keeping my brow shape and definition the way that I want. Yogi was so wonderful in making sure that my eyebrows came out perfect, she was fast too and I was super impressed with how well they came out. I can’t wait to see her again in a few weeks for a touch up! Took off more than I asked for when I said just thread a little. Also, while she was wiping off the tint, she dropped the napkin, picked it back up, and then tried to keep wiping my brows. I had to stop her and request she get a new napkin... which should have been a given considering that skin is broken and the floor is essentially covered in bacteria.
I have been going to this place for a couple of years. I have never had my eyelids cut so badly with the thread. She was yanking my skin with the hair at the same time. I called to ask what to do the next day and the lady said that she didn't know what to tell me. I will not be returning.
